Making a Referral

Upon receiving a referral, we collaborate with Local Authorities, social workers, and placement teams to fully understand and meet a young person’s emotional, educational, and therapeutic needs.

We conduct an impact and compatibility assessment to ensure a harmonious integration with our home and current residents. During this process, we gather extensive information about the individual to tailor an optimal support plan. This may include arranging visits for the young person to familiarize themselves with the house, our staff, and fellow residents.
